Supervisory Leadership 1 is for aspiring new leaders and leaders who want pragmatic recommen-dations for developing strong teams and driving outstanding results.  The two-day seminar will focus on developing the supervisory aspect of leadership,  understanding your leadership style, and building a culture of trust among your team members and in your organization.

Spanish for Professionals is designed to meet the changing needs of professionals who are in contact with Spanish-speaking customers. With front-line professionals in mind, including customer service representatives, call center employees, hospitality workers, bankers, teachers, law enforcement and health care workers, this program will give you the face-to-face practice time you will need to develop your Spanish language skills and at the same time give you the flexibility to do your assignments and learn with online supplementation.

Project Management Certificate Program participants are provided with a highly-effective, customized learning opportunity that caters specifically to each individual's needs and their unique learning styles.  Participants select a project within their own organization to manage as part of the certificate program.  The participant and his/her coach will use the project to illustrate, apply, and practice project management principles in real-world situations.
