SURVEY ON SOCIAL MEDIA & EATING DISORDER TREATMENT

Help co-founder Kristina Saffran and her research team at Stanford to further research on social media, eating disorder treatment, and recovery!  We are conducting a short survey to explore the Facebook usage of individuals who have received treatment for an eating disorder in a group setting.  This survey is completely anonymous and only takes 15-20 minutes to complete.  Please help us to advance knowledge on the eating disorder recovery process by clicking here.

Please only fill out this survey if you have been treated for an eating disorder (either currently or in the past) in a group setting. This may include inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, and/or intensive outpatient treatment (that included a group component) or participating in an outpatient therapy group.  This does not include individual outpatient treatment - that is, if you have only ever received treatment for an eating disorder in individual outpatient therapy (and have never received treatment for an eating disorder in a group setting), you are not eligible for this study at this time.   If you have any questions, please contactmtrockel@stanford.edu
