UPCOMING PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION SCOPING SESSION
The Public Service Commission of Wisconsin, in partnership with the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, is currently identifying issues and conducting analyses to include in the draft Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) related to American Transmission Company's (ATC) proposed new transmission line and substation work for the proposed Foxconn plant.

As part of their effort, the agencies will be holding a public outreach and scoping session. At the session, Commission staff will explain the regulatory review process and solicit
input from the public to help determine the scope of the EIS. Persons with local information or environmental concerns are encouraged to attend.
SESSION DETAILS
Two identical sessions will be held in an open house format. Anyone interested in this proposed project is invited to attend.

TIME: 3:00 and 6:00 PM (Identical Sessions)
LOCATION: Rayne Place – State of Wisconsin Offices, 9531 Rayne Road in Sturtevant, (Meeting will be held in Large Conference Room)

In addition to submitting comments in person at the public scoping session, comments on the scope of the EIS can be submitted through the Commission’s website, where you can go to the “e-services” tab toward the top of the webpage, then click “file a comment” on the left hand side of the page, then locate docket 137-CE- 188.
