PROM TIME

The IHSPLG is working with the students on Prom decorations and are in need of donations.

We would like to give a Puma Hoorah of gratitude to Julie Englert, Marina Stolin and Helen Christensen for their monetary donations. It is with their support that we are able to begin purchasing some of the decorations needed. THANK YOU LADIES FOR YOUR SUPPORT!!!

We are in need of additional items to make Prom a success for the students. Below is a list of materials that are needed. While some of these items are Prom specific many of them are items that the students and IHSPLG will be able to use for future events.

We are asking for donations of the following items or monetary donations to purchase items needed. Please remember that any donations may be applied to your volunteer hours and are tax deductible. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Items Needed:

White rope lights (Arch)

White LED lights

Sheer white fabric (tulle/gossamer) 50 yards (Arch)

Sheer silver fabric (tulle/gossamer) 30 yards

Balloons - 100 each silver, white, black and royal blue

2 large helium tanks

Red Carpet Runner- 4 feet x 20 feet

Black, White and Royal Blue M&M's (2-2pound bags of each) available Online or Party City

Chocolate Fountain (THE STUDENTS LOVE THIS!)

150 small Black and White cupcakes for dessert

10-15 (3 inch x 6 inch) white pillar candles

10-15 (8-9 inch) Bubble fish bowls

125 Hershey Bars (NO PEANUTS) 4.4oz. bars (We will be decorating these for Prom)

Center piece donation/sponsorship - We need 18 table centerpieces. If you would like to

Sponsor a centerpiece please send $12.50 with your name and Prom centerpiece sponsor so

we can purchase materials and apply it toward your parent hours.
