Showing reports provide valuable information for the listing broker and seller. With email and texting, providing a showing report has never been easier. You can also provide a showing report the old fashioned way by picking up the phone. Again, with today's technologies, it's never been easier to take a few minutes and provide that valuable information.

 

Most sellers want and expect their agent to let them know how the showing of their home went with the buyer. Remember that sellers sometimes spend hours getting the house ready for showings. Sellers may think that the lack of feedback makes the listing agent look like they are not doing their job. Showing reports can be short--if the buyer didn't like the kitchen or the size of the backyard that's fine. Just say that. 

For those who haven't yet paid your GMAR/WRA/NAR dues for 2018 be sure to do so no later than December 31, 2017. We will have a drop box at the back door of our office beginning December 28th for anyone that wants to pay their dues when the GMAR office is closed.

 

Anyone paying after December 31, 2017, will be charged an application fee. For REALTORS®, that is an additional $225.00 ($920.00 total) and for Designated REALTORS®, it is an additional $345.00 ($1,040.00 total).
