So many of you have been too hard on yourself, and it has amounted to self-deprecation.  It may feel like humility, and you might even believe that you deserve it.  But, condemnation is not from Me.  Conviction is not the same as condemnation.  Forgiveness is not just for others, but must be extended to yourself as well.  Rise up and walk in the Spirit, says the Lord. 

Romans 8:1 There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.
