Last week the Senate passed the 2017 Defense Appropriations Bill allocating $90 million of funding in FY 2017 for the Department of Defense's (DoD) Prostate Cancer Research Program (PCRP). An increase of $10 million over FY 2016 funding, this is the largest increase in PCRP funding since 2001.  

“This Week at VA” featured a podcast about Bob Wright, a prostate cancer survivor, Us TOO support group leader, and highly decorated Vietnam War veteran. CLICK HERE to listen to Bob’s experience.
