What AGA Does For You
Not only is AGA the leading set of standards and certification for grassfed meat and dairy with endorsements from Mercola and the Organic Consumers Association, but we are also the only certification that ONLY supports USA farmers and ranchers. We stand behind the local farms and ranchers that help to build rural economies, local communities, improve animal welfare, and regenerate the american lands and soil.
AGA regularly meets with the USDA to fight for the rights and proper labeling claims for our producers - the ones that are truly doing grassfed right. We team up with organizations such as the Organization for Competitive Markets (OCM) to help protect producers from unfair government practice and check-off programs. We have a voice and we share that voice with you, our producers, to ensure your concerns are heard in government.
AGA also works closely with consumer groups, chefs, butchers, and schools. We want to make sure that we are up-to-date on all of the latest information and that that information is shared with our producers. We think it is important to be educated in every aspect of the industry to maximize marketability and success for our producers.
Finally, AGA works diligently to be in attendance at top industry conferences to represent the AGA producer and to educate others on the importance of standards and certification. We work with the conference leaders of
Shiftcon, SRM meeting, Slow Meat, Quivira, SRM, HMI events, Savory events, and more to market our producers. We get your product and your name out across the country to get more exposure for your certified farms and ranches.
Our goal is to keep our producers at the top. American Grassfed Association stands firmly for the American grassfed producer.
