4-week sessions, start THIS WEEK!
4-week Hill Climbing  
This unique class will help you learn how to properly use your gears and cadence to improve your strength on the bike as well as your technique while climbing and descending hills. 

This 4-week program will build on the 21-week Periodized Cycling Program, however all riders are welcomed!

Dates and times : 75 minutes in length
  • Wednesdays 6:30pm
  • Thursdays 5:30am & 5:30pm
  • Saturday 7:00am
Strength
for the Endurance Athlete
These 4-week blocks of twice a week program is designed as a strength-specific compliment to an endurance athlete’s current training regimen.

Each session will begin with dynamic drill work, and finish with a specific stretching routine to compliment the day’s strength workout. 

Dates and times, AM & PM sessions:
  • Session I April 2nd to 26th 
  • Session II April 30th to May 24th

Soon sessions will be heading outdoors, where the next generation of cyclists will gain hands on knowledge from the Elite Coaches at MCC. Bad weather? We will just ride inside!
