for the Endurance Athlete
These 4-week blocks of twice a week program is designed as a strength-specific compliment to an endurance athlete’s current training regimen.
Each session will begin with dynamic drill work, and finish with a specific stretching routine to compliment the day’s strength workout.
Dates and times, AM & PM sessions:
- Session I April 2nd to 26th
- Session II April 30th to May 24th
