When I partnered with Kelly Cartledge, the sky became our limit. Not only is she a master recipe designer, she is also a ninja in the kitchen!  We worked hard to find a local commercial kitchen, get a catering license, and now we're off!
 
Along with the amazing meal kits that are getting rave reviews, we are making everything in the kitchen easier by chopping and slicing for you.
 
Is time not on your side? Busy schedules make for fast meals, but that doesn't mean settling for fast food! We are here to be your kitchen helper. We've already taken care of washing, chopping, and slicing those vegetables so they are all set to go when you are ready to step up to the stove.

We always use local or organic vegetables, so you don't have to fret about pesticides or GMOs, and they are always squeaky clean! Pure Sprouts Kitchen Ninjas have taken care to peel your butternut squashes and slice your mushrooms. No need to cry over dinner any longer because we have already chopped those onions for you. While we may not be able to turn back time, we can at least help you make the most of the time you have!

New Meal Kit Added: Breakfast Burritos

  

Imagine waking up and throwing together some healthy breakfast burritos in the matter of minutes? We are helping you! With this kit you will receive everything you need, chopped and portioned, to quickly get to work making breakfast burritos for your family!

  

  

 
You will receive:
Chopped Onion, Eggs, Mild Salsa (hot can be requested) ,chopped red pepper, shredded mexican cheese, chopped tomato, tortillas.  
 
Directions: 

Directions: Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and peppers and cook until soft. While onions and peppers are cooking, whisk eggs. Add tomatoes to onions and peppers and stir together until heated through. Add eggs turning over periodically until cooked to the desired consistency.  Warm another skillet over low heat. When skillet is warm, add tortillas individually and warm both sides for 1 minute. Fill tortillas with egg mixture, cheese and salsa.
