The first quarter has come to a close and it's time to check out the latest updates from Pettinaro. We welcomed Timothy "TJ" Spencer to our leasing team this quarter as Retail Leasing Associate. Pettinaro Construction, Co. has been tackling a multitude of projects from tenant expansions and relocation, to new construction, and a series of expansions breaking ground at a few  Pettinaro Residential communities.

was a  panelist for ULI Philadelphia's sold out Delaware Developers' Forum at the University of Delaware on February 2. The event featured four major developers and Wilmington Economic Development Director, Jeffrey Flynn. Discussion focused on current real estate trends and the importance of multi-family developments. Allan Myers is one of two tenants who recently signed leases for upper level office space at Middletown Square Shopping Center! This recent leasing activity leaves just 2,852 SF available above Goodwill with Allan Myers now occupying 7,032 SF. Allan Myers is the largest civil construction and materials company in the Mid-Atlantic with several regional offices and 15 asphalt and aggregate plants. Elle Van Dahlgren Law has signed a lease for space at Montchanin Corporate Center in Greenville, DE. Licensed in both Pennsylvania and Delaware, Elle is located just minutes from downtown Wilmington. Her practice areas include estate planning, probate, elder law, and small business succession planning. Montchanin Corporate Center is a Class 'A' office building acquired by Pettinaro last July. The multi-tenant building boasts a state of the art HVAC system, elegant lobby, two-story atrium with seating, and high end finishes. The Merchants Association   of

Fox Run Shopping Center in Bear, DE hosted their annual Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, March 19. Approximately 200 kids were in attendance and visited participating merchants on their hunt. Property Manager Paul Voss (pictured here) joined the fun and even got his picture taken with some special guests!

Property Accountant Lisa Ruderman, Land Development Manager Andi Finerosky and Vice President of Commercial Leasing Rob Stenta participated in the Beau Biden Memorial 5K Trail Run on Saturday, March 19 at the Granogue Estate in Wilmington, DE. The run benefits the Beau Biden Foundation for the Protection of Children. Lisa and Andi are both members of Pettinaro's Wellness Committee. They had the honor of having their picture taken with the Vice President of the United States who was present to support this wonderful cause in his son's honor.
