Pettinaro Acquires Greenville Properties from Stoltz

This last quarter included an exciting expansion for our commercial portfolio. In case you missed the

back in July, Pettinaro has officially purchased four Greenville properties from Stoltz.

PA Wine & Spirit Signs Lease at
London Grove Village
|
PA Fine Wine & Good Spirits has signed a 10 year lease with Pettinaro at London Grove Village Shopping Center in Avondale, PA. Pettinaro will be building the 8,185 SF liquor store on a pad out in front of the Acme and Lowe's anchored retail center.
London Grove Village
was completed by Pettinaro in 2007 and today there is only one remaining 1,600 SF in-line retail space available between GNC and Subway. There are several fast food and casual dining restaurant pads available in front of the center. London Grove West is located just north of the center and is approved for a office and retail development.

Bike MS: Bike to the Bay 2015

Matt Martelli, Mark Hitchcock, Patti Fry Cox, Jim Buck, JJ Mike, and Rob Stenta participated in Bike MS: Bike to the Bay in support of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society on September 26th & 27th. With some challenging winds, participants rode anywhere from 17 miles up to 175 miles for the cause!
