We've wrapped up our 50th anniversary year as we dive into 2016. Six acquisitions took place in 2015, starting with Delancy Plaza in the first quarter and ending with Greenville Center in the fourth quarter.  Dozens of new tenants have joined the Pettinaro family after acquiring more than 330,000 SF in Greenville, Delaware alone.

Planet Fitness Signs Lease at Middletown Square
Planet Fitness will be joining the growing Middletown market at Middletown Square Shopping Center! The popular fitness chain, with more than 1,000 locations nationwide, has signed a lease for 19,100 SF. Raising the center's occupancy level 8.6%, the new tenant is an exciting addition. With an existing location at the Shipyard Center at the Wilmington Riverfront, this is the second Planet Fitness to join the Pettinaro portfolio.  View Flyer
Pettinaro Acquires Greenville Center
  Pettinaro acquired Greenville Center on November 17th. This was the fifth and final property acquired from Stoltz Management in 2015. With this single acquisition, we welcomed 40 new office and retail tenants to the portfolio. New tenants include Janssens Market, Pure Barre, Pizza By Elizabeth's, Wells Fargo, White House Black Market, and many more.   View Flyer 
Brew HaHa! Expanding Greenville Location at Powder Mill Square
Brew HaHa! is expanding its cafe at Powder Mill Square in Greenville, DE. Open since 1993 in the Mall Building, the coffee shop will be relocating to the Pond Building below the offices of Berkshire Hathaway, and increasing its footprint from 840 SF to more than 3,000 SF. The new cafe will feature a diverse range of new coffee brewing methods, in addition to an expanded breakfast menu, weekend brunch, and a small plates menu, to be enjoyed with a selection of local beers, wine, and cocktails. Opening this year, the cafe will have both indoor and outdoor seating.  View Flyer
Tenants Expanding at Blue Hen Corporate Center
In 2015,  occupancy has risen at the Blue Hen Corporate Center with Bayhealth Medical Center, Inc. now occupying a total of 44,600 SF and the State of Delaware taking an additional 45,000 SF for the Department of Labor and the Department of Health & Social Services. The State of Delaware currently leases space for four additional state agencies at Blue Hen Corporate Center, bringing their presence to more than 82,000 SF. Pettinaro Residential is expanding next to the property, adding 192 residential units to its Village at Blue Hen apartment home community.  View Flyer
Pettinaro Proudly Supports the
 Second Annual Riverfront Rink
The Horizon Riverfront Rink is back for its second annual skating season at the Wilmington Riverfront. Pettinaro is a proud sponsor of the 2015-16' season. The rink opened to the public on November 27th and will remain open through February 28th. Last year, as many as 1,200 people visited the rink on a single day bringing families and business down to riverfront. Admission for adults is $8 and $5 for kids (12 and under).
