Nemours duPont Pediatrics Signs Lease at Eden Hill Farm in Dover
|
Pettinaro is pleased to announce that The Nemours Foundation has signed a long-term lease at the currently undeveloped Eden Hill Farm site in Dover, Delaware. Pettinaro Construction, Co. broke ground July 2016 and will be constructing a 17,815 SF building of which Nemours duPont Pediatrics will occupy 10,235 SF. The new building will be completed in Summer 2017.
Pettinaro is currently actively in discussions with a variety of anchor and regional retail tenants to join this new development.
Eden Hill Farm (View Flyer) is a 171,310 SF commercial development approved for office and retail. The site is located on the corner of W. North Street and S. Saulsbury Road, where the new West Dover Connector will terminate, and next to the Eden Hill Medical Center.
Pettinaro acquired the 15.71 acre site in October 2014 along with the 109 acre developing Eden Hill residential community just south of the site. There are 81 existing townhomes and duplexes in the community with plans to add apartment homes.

Saloon is now open for business at Powder Mill Square in Greenville, Delaware next to Starbucks. The new 4
0-seat bar and "Speakeasy-style" lounge offers classic cocktails (pre- and post Prohibition) as well as beers on tap, wine and a variety of small plates. Where does the name Copperhead come from? Take a closer look at the bar! The front and back of the bar are entirely coated in pennies.

London Grove Village Fine Wine & Good Spirits Opening July 21

Construction is complete on the new 8,185 SF Fine Wine & Good Spirits at London Grove Village Shopping Center in Avondale, Pennsylvania. The grand opening is set for Thursday, July 21st with a ribbon cutting ceremony scheduled for 4 pm. Several pad site opportunities are still available for development and in-line retail space is available up to 3,200 SF.

Integrity Staffing Solutions Signs Leases in Bear and Dover, Delaware

 One of America's largest staffing firms, Integrity Staffing Solutions, has signed two new leases at Pettinaro properties. Integrity Staffing are opening locations at Fox Run Shopping Center in Bear, DE and at the Blue Hen Corporate Center in Dover, DE. They have been a tenant of Middletown Square Shopping Center since 2012.
In Delaware, Integrity Staffing Solutions is widely known for assisting Amazon in filling warehouse positions at their fulfillment centers in New Castle and Middletown. During the holiday season, Amazon brings in as many as 100,000 temps to meet the increased demand. |

The Riverfront Development Corporation (RDC) celebrated 20 years in April. Verino and Greg Pettinaro were in attendance to celebrate the achievements of the past 20 years. Back in the 80's, Verino Pettinaro made the decision to purchase 86 acres of the abandoned, industrial land. Now the riverfront has evolved into a desirable place to live, work, dine, and play.
