Password Verification Adds Extra Layer of Protection
With identity theft on the rise and the ease with which scammers may be able to obtain social security numbers, we have begun the process of switching from a SSN verification to member-selected password verification as an added security measure to protect your personal information. If you haven't visited a branch office recently, the next time you come in you'll be asked to create a password. You'll need to give this password any time you call in to request account information.
Please note: You will only be asked to create this new password in person, in branch. You will never be asked to
a new password over the phone.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Fenice Iorfido Durbin, General Operations Manager, at (724) 266-7675 ext. 312, or firstname.lastname@example.org.
