Un-oaked Chardonnay 2010 $19.90
A clean and crisp Chardonnay, this wine exhibits white peach, citrus, bright ripe apple aromas followed by bursts of exotic fruit, melon, apple, lemon and pear on the palate. The smooth acidity frames all the flavours together in this lively refreshing wine with a sumptuous mouth feel. Pair with soft cheeses, salads, and seafood or on its own. Enjoy now and over the next 2-3 years.
Chardonnay 2010 $19.90
A beautiful expression of Chardonnay, this wine was barrel fermented and aged in both French and American oak. We allowed the wine to go through 70% malolactic fermentation, to maintain the acidity and gain some creaminess on the finish. Notes of soft apple mingle with flavours of ripe melon, pear and peach, framed together with tones of vanilla, caramel, coconut and hazelnut.
Viognier 2010 $19.90
This wine was fermented and aged in barrel for 5 months in French and American oak, which exhibits intense aromas of white peach and tropical fruit with an array of different spices and a hint of coconut and vanilla. Delicately balanced with a smooth buttery and spicy finish. Enjoy with cheeses, poultry, or seafood.
Cabernet Merlot 2011 $19.99
A classy and muscular Merlot meets the intellectual, fragrant and spicy Cabernet Franc. This complex but balanced wine shows aromas of vanilla, black cherry, and clove. On the palate the flavours run from tobacco through to black pepper and onto chocolate with intense fruit in between. The bold texture of this wine is mouth filling while the luscious tannins and acidity hold the flavours all together. The long lasting finish allows the flavours to integrate themselves throughout the palate.
Syrah 2009 $29.90
Intense black peppercorn with aromas of violets, blackberry fruit, raspberry jam, and black cherry, make this Syrah stand out from the rest. This well balanced Syrah is enjoyable to drink now and will only get better with some age. The spicy and toasty notes of chocolate, vanilla, coffee and hazelnut compliment this wine. The soft well rounded tannins allow this wine to flow through its lengthy finish. Enjoy now and over the next 4 years with grilled meats.
