You are cordially invited to attend a rare evening with Agustin Francisco Huneeus at The Casino Club, on Thursday, September 20, 2012, at 6:30 p.m. This promises to be one of the finest wine dinners of the year, and will feature the wines of Napa superstar, Quintessa.
 
The last Schaefer's Quintessa dinner at The Casino sold out almost immediately. Attendees are still talking about that decadent evening more than two years later!
 
Agustin is eager to showcase the current release of Quintessa's epic Napa Valley Meritage, Quintessa's Illumination Sauvignon Blanc, which received 95 points from Wine Enthusiast, and the highly allocated Flowers Sonoma Coast Chardonnay from his recent acquisition, Flowers Winery. As a special treat, Agustin will be bringing in select 2011 barrel samples just for the event. These single vineyard blocks allow guests a rare glimpse into the complex blending process that goes into Quintessa. It promises to be a legendary evening with one of most dynamic wine personalities along with amazing cuisine from a storied Chicago Gold Coast club.
