RCG Ventures is pleased to announce the purchase of Sawmill Square in Cottonwood, Arizona. The acquisition marks the beginning of RCG's campaign to acquire  $250 Million of value-add shopping centers in its recently closed Fund V.  Fund V will acquire assets solely in the Western Region located in secondary and tertiary markets.

The  134,499 SF shopping center, anchored by Safeway and OfficeMax, is located in  central Arizona, just west of Sedona. Notable tenants within the immediate area include Walmart Supercenter, Home Depot, Fry's Grocery, Ace Hardware and JC P enney.  The Seller was represented by Pete Beauchamp and Darren Tappen of Kidder Matthews and RCG was represented in-house by Scott Tarbet.
