PHILADELPHIA HOUSING MARKET SHOWS STRONG INCREASE IN THE SECOND QUARTER OF 2013

Quality-adjusted prices of single-family houses in Philadelphia increased by an average of 5.3 percent this quarter and are up 1.8 percent from a year ago. On average, the past four years have shown strong second quarter growth, and this year is no exception.
