NOMAR has partnered with St. Bernard Project to rebuild a New Orleans home and raise funds for their Opportunity Housing Program! REALTOR® Build Day with St. Bernard Project (SBP) is Monday, October 19th, and is open to all NOMAR members. Register at this link:

. If you're unable to volunteer, please consider donating to SBP. The funds raised will be used for the Opportunity Housing Program, which are homes rebuilt and sold to first-time homebuyers who meet income qualifications. For more information, contact St Bernard Project or Kelli at NOMAR.
Louisiana Commercial Data Base (LACDB.com) Training
There will be a free 2 hour seminar on the statewide commercial MLS on Tuesday, Oct. 20 at 9:00 a.m. in Metairie and 1:00 in Mandeville.

Homebuyer's Course in English Oct 17th & 18th
This 12-hour certification program can open the door to various programs -Home Funds, Bond Money, grants in each parish, soft second funds, and other grants for down payment or closing costs. Assistance subject to credit and income guidelines.
