Weschler's Purchases 49,000 SF Building for Move from DC
Congratulations to  Laine Shakerdge  of  White Stone Property Group and Alex Green of  J Street Companies  for representing the tenant, Weschler's Auctioneers & Appraisals, and to
Niel Beggy and Brian McCarthy  of  Avison Young  for representing the landlord, Brookfield Property Partners.

Weschler's previously operated out of  downtown DC since its founding in 1890, but the density and traffic necessitated a move that offered easier vehicular access for customers and trucks.
