REDI Celebrates 20 Years!
In 1997 then Mayor of Rockville, Rose Krasnow and local businessman, Al Lampert got together and created the Greater Rockville Partnership--an organization focused on growing and attracting businesses to the City.

Soon after that organization changed its
nam e to Rockville Economic Development, Inc. (R EDI) and continued to expand its mission to  help businesses launch, locate  and expand in Rockville.

This year is our 20th anniversary and we are celebrating throughout 2017.  Look for photos from our Anniversary Luncheon on our website later this month!

Guggenheim Partners Lease Additional 15,250 SF in King Farm
Congratulations to Kevin McGloon, Peter Rosan & Katie Datin  of Cushman & Wakefield for representing the landlord, while Bradford Allen Realty Services (Chicago) represented the tenant.
Adding to their presence at 805 King Farm Boulevard, the global investment and advisory firm signed a deal for 15,250 SF down the road at 702 King Farm Boulevard.  The Guggenheim Partners' deal helps the Class A building offset the previously-announced loss of Avendra to a neighboring development that will take place in early 2018.
