Happy New Year!
Normally we would send you an email for each of the events happening within Region 4, but with so much news to share, we are consolidating the club reports into a Winter Newsletter.  Let's start with a little celebration of the season, and then we will move on to news!
Christmas Spirit

What a wonderful way to remember the true meaning of the season and share your love of the Arabian horse. Linda Waagen, (AHACO) recently hosted "Christmas in the Stable". 75+ people came to her farm to share a little quiet time listening to the Christmas Story, singing carols, and sipping warm apple cider while visiting and petting her Arabian horses!

The Arabian Horse Association's T.A.I.L. (Total Arabian Interaction Learning) program is an easy and effective way for current Arabian owners and lovers to share their love for the breed. T.A.I.L. can be administered at any horse show, horse fair or other equine venue. The program's goal is simple-make people feel comfortable and welcome and they'll want more of the Arabian.  More about T.A.I.L.

states logo - Region 4Arabian, Half-Arabian and Anglo-Arabian horses from Region 4 are among the best in the nation. Whether you are looking for a national quality show horse, an athletic sport horse, a trusty trail companion, or a backyard pet, our members can help you find that special four-legged friend.

As you make your plans to qualify for Regional classes, we hope you patronize the other fine horse shows offered in Region 4 by our member clubs. We offer a pre-show as a lead in to the Championship Show in case you need additional qualifications or you just need a tune-up to be at your best.

We try to be a responsive region by supporting not only the show ring, but also the non-show events. We offer Sport Horse events, endurance rides, trail rides, scholarships and eight local clubs to meet the wants of all Arabian horse owners.
