What a wonderful way to remember the true meaning of the season and share your love of the Arabian horse. Linda Waagen, (AHACO) recently hosted "Christmas in the Stable". 75+ people came to her farm to share a little quiet time listening to the Christmas Story, singing carols, and sipping warm apple cider while visiting and petting her Arabian horses! 

The Arabian Horse Association's T.A.I.L. (Total Arabian Interaction Learning) program is an easy and effective way for current Arabian owners and lovers to share their love for the breed. T.A.I.L. can be administered at any horse show, horse fair or other equine venue. The program's goal is simple-make people feel comfortable and welcome and they'll want more of the Arabian.  More about T.A.I.L.

Reserve your motel rooms ASAP for the 2015 Region 4 Arabian Championship Show. Due to a large track meet and a huge regional soccer meet, the Nampa, Idaho hotels will be in short supply for our Region 4 Championship Arabian Horse Show.  Be sure to book your room right away.  If you have already reserved, it would be good to reconfirm.  If you are staying at the Hampton or the Shilo, please let them know you are with the Region 4 Arabian Horse Show.

We are currently working on the show schedule.  If you have input you would like us to consider, please send your request to our Region 4 director, Mary Jane Brown and/or you can reply to this eBlast.

Region 4 will take part in the Northwest Horse Fair & Expo at the Linn County Fairgrounds in Albany, March 19-22, 2015. We encourage clubs and their members to have information about their farms and club activities available for visitors. We will be participating in the "Breed Showcase" and have two quality Arabians for the demonstrations. As a volunteer in the booth, you will receive a free, one-day pass for the day you volunteer. Support the ARHA (Arabian Reining Horse Association) and the stallion owners!! Bid, buy and produce a potential Champion Arabian or Half Arabian reining horse!! Bidding will begin 1/1/2015 on the outstanding lineup of the Stallion Auction breedings that have been donated by the stallion owners!!  Contact Kimberly K Tillman for your bid contracts! Auction will close 2/23/2015 so the successful bidders can use the breedings for the 2015 breeding season!
