Became a US citizen when he joined the military, went to University of Maryland - BA in English/Literature, University of Scranton - MS in Curriculum, Instruction, Adolescent
Psychology, Played with the US Army team in Hanau Germany I Coach of the varsity girls team at Churchill HS, Haroot works as the director of girls’ soccer for Montgomery County Public Schools. He serves as both the president of the Maryland Association of Coaches of Soccer (MACS) and as the National Chair for the High School Scholar All-America award. He also serves on the NSCAA Hall of Fame Committee and works as the regional representative for the All-America and Coach of the Year awards

USSF “A” License  I  Played and received Bachelor’s Degree at Frostburg State Univ., youth player at Wheaton High School I  This Fall will be his 26th year as the Varsity Coach at Whitman HS, Dave was the Washington Post All-Met Coach of the Year in 1997 and 2000. In 2000 he was the National Coach of the Year and in 2006 was the NSCAA MD Coach of the Year, has extensive youth coaching experience with multiple ECNL region championships taking teams to Nationals almost every year

USSF “A” License I Played and received Bachelor’s Degree at Clemson University I Coaching experience includes Jamaica Senior National Team, U23, U20, U17, British Virgin Islands Senior National Team, Professional clubs - Seba United FC (Jamaica), Maryland Mania, and as a youth coach for Southampton FC Academy (England), Fulham FC (Scout - England), and and Bethesda Soccer Club YDP and USDA programs

USSF National 'A' License, NSCAA Premier Diploma, US Youth Soccer National Youth License I Played and received Bachelor’s Degree at St. Francis Univ. (PA), In his youth he played for professional clubs Newcastle and Darlington before coming to the U.S. I 14 years coaching Club, Head Varsity Coach at Connelly School of the Holy Child, MD Olympic Development program, and an educator of other coaches for both MSYSA and the NSCAA

COACH PHILLIP GYAU
Gyau was a Forward for the U.S. Men’s National Team (’88-‘90) earning six caps and was Player/Coach for the U.S. National Beach Soccer Team, played professionally in Belgium and USA, Indoor with the Washington Warthogs and Baltimore Blast, Outdoor with the Colorado Foxes, Montreal Impact, Washington Diplomats and Maryland Bays I Gyau has coached for many years at BSC in the YDP program and the Senior Boys Program.

USSF “D” License I Played and received Bachelor’s degree at Univ. of Delaware, Master’s of Science in School Counseling, Johns Hopkins I Successful coaching career as Varsity High School and Club coach, NSCAA 2016 High School Coach of the Year

USSF National ‘A’ License, NSCAA Advanced National Goalkeeping I Eric attended and played for Stony Brook University, and studied at University of Maryland, Johns Hopkins University, and continued playing as a PSAL All Star, CJSL Select Team, CJSL/LIJSL Senior Showcase ENYSA State Cup Finalist I  His coaching experience includes professional team Real Maryland, Walter Johnson HS, High Point HS, Henry A. Wise HS, and youth club for Bethesda Soccer Club, MSC
