Programs participating in PFP receive financial incentives for increasing quality within their program!

Who can participate in PFP?

To participate in PFP, a program must:
  • Have an active School Readiness contract on November 1, 2017 and receive four consecutive payments from November through February
  • School Readiness children must comprise 10% of the program's birth through school age enrollment at the time of PFP application
  • All instructors/Directors must agree to participate

When will PFP start?
  •  The Office of Early Learning contacted eligible programs via email on May 18, 2018 to notify of open application. Be sure to check your email for the informational webinar!
  • The Early Learning Coalition will notify programs of acceptance prior to August 2018.
