RHA is highlighting Event Safety this month as we prepare for the holiday season. Based on RHA claims history, here are
5 tips for hosting a safe, accident-free event:
- Consider hiring additional security (have your contract reviewed via RHA's complimentary Operation Contract service)
- Create a Safety Checklist for event staff to use, with an emphasis on slip/fall hazards
- Make sure parking lots, stairs, railings, and pathways are in good condition
- Make sure you have adequate lighting in parking lots, stairwells, hallways and around restrooms
- Make sure F&B staff are current on food safety and alcohol service training

L.A. Strategy Session & Media Dinner Results
A group of resort and management representatives convened in LA on September 21st to discuss:
- Alternate platforms
