Featured Wine

**ON SALE**
This is now our Pinot Bianco aka Pinot Blanc. A single vineyard in the Livermore Valley produces this crisp acidic wine. The nose matches the taste with apple, citrus, and tart pear. Malolactic fermentation and stainless steel aging with an occasional foray into American oak yield a clean wine with a slight creaminess.  This wine goes well with egg, poultry, seafood, fish, and ethnic dishes.
