More than 1,000 jobs coming to Titusville area

What's coming to North Brevard? The answer is: Jobs. More than 1,000 jobs are en route to north Brevard as industry takes interest in the recovering area. 

"Everybody can feel there's something different in the air in North Brevard, and everybody's very excited for what's coming in the next few years," said William Chivers, president of RUSH Construction and a board member for CareerSource Brevard.

And the jobs are good ones, added CareerSource Brevard Chairman Robert Jordan.
"Joining together once more, RUSH Construction and Playalinda Brewing Company are bringing a 16,000-sqaure-foot production brewery -
Playalinda Brewing Company at The Brix Project - to Titusville late this summer."

The Parrish Healthcare Center at Titus Landing, in partnership with Mayo Clinic, is set to open in 2017 and will be an integral part of the city's new retail and medical complex built on the site of the old Miracle City Mall. The 60,000 square-foot, three-story building will be used primarily for physician's offices.
