Performing in and listening to musical
performances are some of the most positive and magical experiences of my life, and for me, these performances convey some of civilization's most profound accomplishments. I learned about the RSO when I moved here in 2006 from northwest Arkansas.
Throughout the years I have attended several performances and have been impressed, moved, inspired and at times, just little bit jealous to not be onstage with them! (The only thing better than attending a concert, is performing in one.)
All kidding aside, the diverse programming is very impressive and shows how much thought goes into performances to appeal to a wide range of audiences. The RSO serves
an important role in providing musical ways for our community to be exposed to culture, expression, entertainment, socializing and sharing. If you haven't been to an RSO concert in a while and especially if you have never attended one, I urge you to go!
These performances offer you a chance to connect with others, broaden your interests and learn more about the history of the world. You will marvel at the complex expression that these musicians and composers convey through music. You will be inspired by their performances! You will have Fun! Your lives will be enriched!

Dear Racine Orchestra,
I just wanted to say on behalf of the students that attended from Roosevelt Elementary School and I, we had a great time at the concert! I really hope that
someday I can play for the Racine Orchestra; I play a violin so I know its hard work. I am in fifth grade  so the music we get is a lot easier than the music that you perform.
In my opinion, the bestpart of the concert was Mendelssohn's Cave. That was my favorite part, I really understood that piece. I could see it in my mind, as soon as the tremendous waves burst in like a pack of wild animals, the orchestra got louder. Then as soon as the waves slowed down the orchestra got softer. I also like the third piece
because it sounded and went well with the pictures. There were many things I enjoyed about the whole experience. I liked when you offered us free tickets.
Honestly at first I thought it was going to be boring, but I regret everything Ithought it was going to be because I had a terrific time. Thanks again for everything and thanks for giving up your free time to put together the amazing show. I will definitely see if I can come to your next concert.

Yours Truly,
Alyssabeth Alba-Garcia

Entertain

I have enjoyed the Racine Symphony for more years than a care to admit. From the time my daughter, Marissa, was small I brought her to concerts that I knew she would love and with which she would feel engaged and inspired. More recently, for the past five years I have been enjoying the Pops concerts, happily sharing my table with a group of special friends, enjoying the entire experience every time. Racine is so fortunate to have this first-class Orchestra! I cannot imagine my life without music or my city, Racine, without our Symphony Orchestra.
I look forward to enjoying the Symphony concert experience for years to come. When I think about the wonderful quality of life in Racine, what makes it such a desirable place to live, I think of our lakefront and beaches, our museums, restaurants, downtown and,of course I think of the Racine Symphony Orchestra.
