Fence & Deck Connection worked with  Sage Management to replace the old metal railing on their Siani Ridge property in Baltimore, MD.   Fence & Deck Connection supplied and installed the new code compliant 42" tan Washington vinyl railing with 1 1/2" square balusters and a 6' high by 4' wide tan PVC privacy panel as a center divide in the middle of the balcony space.  The end result speaks for itself - the newly updated apartments look fresh and new.
