Watch us GROW!
There's nothing like watching your garden grow! Ms. Shanika's morning and afternoon classes at the 24:1 Early Childhood Learning Center will experience this excitement as they watch they're gardens grow. Many thanks to Ms. Angie from the MU Family Nutrition Education Programs. This partnership with the MU Extension Program will not only give the kids an experience and lessons in gardening and growing, the children will also be able to taste a variety of fruits and vegetables and have the opportunity to bring home different recipes.
The 24:1 ECLC children and staff are very excited about this partnership with the MU Extension Program and can't wait to see and taste what the children have grown.
We know you're excited to learn more about the 24:1 ECLC.

The children at the 24:1 Early Childhood Learning Center know the importance of the ever changing weather and water cycle. Josh and Todd loved making their clouds produce rain at the sensory table.

Go PAQ and SEEC Teams!
The Programs Achieving Quality and the Social Emotional Early Childhood teams attended the National Training Institute. The training was several days of intensive professional development training around the Pyramid Model Framework for addressing the social emotional development and challenging behavior of young children. Both the PAQ & SEEC teams were able to network and gather information that will help the programs continue to be successful.
