Soup”er Bowl
Sunday, February 25th
(after 10:30 church service)
DO you love to cook or bake?
The PTL “Soup”er Bowl is in need of chefs and bakers to make soups, salads, breads and desserts.
What is the “Soup”er Bowl?
It’s a friendly competition among school families and members of the congregation to see who can make the best soup. You make the soup at home & bring it in a slow cooker to the fellowship hall on Sunday, February 25th before the end of late church service. Tables will be set up and you will be assigned a number. There will be outlets to plug in your slow cooker to keep your soup warm throughout the “Soup”er Bowl. We’ll supply the spoons and cups (with your assigned #) People vote on ballots for their favorite soup. It’s a fun family event filled with food and music played by the GSLS band.
If soup making isn’t your thing – you could make a salad, bread or
dessert!
There is a sign-up poster in the fellowship hall if you’re interested in participating.
