RPA Presidents' Message
Happy Thursday!

Time is flying by and  tonight is the Upper School Back to School Night.  We hope to see the parents of the older kids there.  There will be a few sign up sheets for the last of the volunteer positions. Many thanks to the numerous parents and guardians who have signed up.  It really does help the school have a fantastic fun filled year.

The Fall Fiesta is almost here! It's  Saturday, September 24th at Wanda and Karl Cole-Frieman's wonderful home.  We hope you can join us for a fabulous evening full of great food, drink, and Samba (lots of pressure!).

Please feel free to ask us questions and let us know your issues and ideas.  We do the best we can to keep the communications open in our wide-spread community!

Have a good weekend!

Matching Gifts

When you pay your Raskob Dues, check to see if your company will match your donation.

Save box tops and turn them into the school.  There are jars on the credenza in the lobby one for elementary school, and one for middle school.  Each box top is worth $0.10.  Just put them in the basket in the lobby on the credenza.

Did you know that you can help raise money for our school just by registering your grocery debit/credit cards with eScrip?  It is that easy!

Volunteers Needed
Almost all of the volunteer positions have been filled!

Do you still need your 20 Family Hours to help our school?   Below are the open volunteer opportunities which fulfill your Family Hours for school year 2016-2017.  These positions represent the greatest need for events scheduled.
Please contact Margaret Gelini at, O R  Tiffin Groff  to sign-up today!

Teacher Appreciation Co-Chairs Elementary (1) and Middle School (2):
If you can type an email, you can do this job!
We're looking for 3 more parents - 1 from elementary and 2 from middle school classes - to help coordinate all parent volunteers signed-up to help with various activities. Parent volunteers are ready to implement the four Teacher Breakfast dates throughout the school year, Teacher Appreciation Week which includes the Teacher Appreciation Luncheon in May, and End-of-Year teacher/staff gifts. The Four Co-Chairs will team together to make these special events happen.  You'll not only serve with the list of confirmed parent volunteers, but Room Parent leaders too - it's a team effort with this job!  Of course, your 20 Family Hours are fulfilled.

Spring Social - 2 More Volunteers Needed!
Are you always ready for a good party?  Do you enjoy throwing a fun party!?  Well, we have 2 more volunteer positions open to help plan our Spring Fundraiser - The Spring Social.  Join the Spring Social team and help to make our event the best ever!
