Results and Data Book for the 2014 Main Residency Match
The Results and Data Book for the 2014 Main Residency Match has been published to the NRMP public website. The 2014 Match offered 29,671 PGY-1 and PGY-2 positions, 500 more than in 2013 and an all-time high. Match rates increased for almost all participant groups, including U.S. allopathic seniors, U.S. graduates, osteopathic students and graduates, and international medical school students and graduates.
The Match Results by State, Specialty and Applicant Type report and the Program Results: 2010-2014 report will be published later this month.

Nominations for NRMP Research Advisory Committee
The NRMP Board of Directors is seeking individuals to serve on a new Research Advisory Committee. The Committee will advise and support the efforts of the NRMP's Data Release and Research Committee (DRRC) to develop and promote a robust research agenda and establish new partnerships with nationally-recognized researchers and organizations.
Successful candidates will possess extensive medical education research expertise and be willing to guide the DRRC about new opportunities for research and collaboration.
