Happy New Year from A2O Fitness!

The holidays are over and it's back to your regular work and hopefully workout schedule. Are you struggling to get back on track working out, maybe your bored with your workouts or your frustrated about the holiday pounds you gained.

We are here to help you get back on track with your fitness and nutrition goals. Now is the time to try our new Bootcamp class or one of our other classes. How about taking control over your diet once and for all with with our nutrition counseling program? Interested in personal training? We have 10 professional personal trainers that can help you. Do you need a challenge to help motivate you? Then our 60 Day Challenge might be for you.

New Class
Tuesday and Thursday, 10:00 am at BOTH the Boise and Meridian locations with Stuart MacEwan, Zoe Anderson and Nataucha Christofferson. A2O's world-class butt kicking, booty sculpting, arm toning, sweat inducing class. Expect fun, hard work, great music and a lot sweating!
Nutrition Counseling

We want to help you reach your goals one step at a time while recognizing and supporting your efforts. Write your goal(s) down, set a deadline, and go for it! We will be award some amazing prizes.

Rules: 
  1. Your goal must NOT be weight related
  2. Your goal must be health or strength related
  3. You must attend two classes each week OR train with one our personal trainers
  4. You should be willing to share your story, goals and results
  5. Participation dates: February 15 - April 15
  6. Submit a short description of how you plan to reach your goal(s) by 2/5 to Jennifer Ludington at jenn@A2OFitness.com

Prizes: 

  • One month of free classes.
  • Two free personal training sessions.

Move(s) of the Month

This basic but highly effective series is focused on shaping, strengthening and toning the entire thigh (front, inner and outer) and lifting and rounding your glutes. It can be made more or less difficult depending on your experience, goals and knee health. Let's look at the three moves: Dumbbell Squat, Ice Skaters and Twisting Lunge. Continue reading.
