The Report Card This months Pilates story (below) features Ted Borman, Bon Vivant and Retired Head Hunter who began his Pilates practice as a Valentine to his wife...though that's not exactly how he explains it. So if you're wondering if 70+ guys should do Pilates, meet Ted and be inspired! So many of you asked, I finally blogged the crispy chick pea recipe! Comments on the blog page encouraged - I'm currently using Garam Masala in place of everything but the onion powder in an effort to use up the odd bits that collect in all of our spice drawers. It's delish! One of my personal goals for 2012 is learning to ask for help. Scroll to the bottom of the newsletter and let me know how I did. As always, thanks for reading this far, all the best and bubbles galore! Lyn Wilkinson, Principal

When I met Ted a few years ago, he was eighteen months into retirement, six months past his last cigarette and stockpiling Butterfingers in the freezer. He walked the dog daily, but could see this wasn't enough to balance the caloric bonanza of candy, chips and cocktails. Like some, (but not nearly all) of my guy students, he'd been encouraged to try Pilates by his wife, Pam.... to read the rest of my story about Ted, click here. | TESTIMONIAL REQUEST | |
Hi Everybody!
In business, the personal referral is still the most effective referral. Nothing succeeds like someone excited to share their success.
I need your help getting more business. I just posted my service on Thumbtack -- a website where potential students can learn more about my services and book me without picking up the phone.
More people will contact The Pilates School and my post will appear higher in search results if I have more reviews. Please help me help myself by writing a testimonial about your experience with my work.
Gratefully!
Lyn
