REAP THE BENEFITS OF A GOOD EXIT STRATEGY
Exit Strategy
Existing business owners are invited to join us for an engaging conversation with Texas State SBDC Business Advisor, Rex Steele, to discuss the factors that will eventually come into play when you're ready for sale or succession. The best part about this conversation? No sales pitch--just good advice from a former business broker and seasoned business advisor with a deep understanding of business valuation and growth strategies and interesting stories of real-life "gotchas."

PROFIT MASTERY IN SAN MARCOS
Profit Mastery
Profit Mastery is one of the core programs of the Texas State SBDC program. We believe so strongly in this program that we had six of our advisors go through the process to become certified facilitators. It's a 16-hour course that helps business owners "make sense of the numbers." Finance doesn't have to be mysterious or complicated. We can teach you how to understand your financials, benchmark your performance and develop a growth plan for your business.
