I love April! It's a month of renewal and rejuvenation. Spring is in full bloom, the days are longer, and Earth Day is just around the corner. We are filling our crisp but sunny days with spring cleaning our house,  garage and cars...and maybe the boys and puppy too!  Prepping our yard for the coming summer and planting our new herb garden and wildflowers is our favorite way to escape the house after the long, cold, grey months of winter.  We are officially ready for sunny Colorful Colorado to return!
Reason #4 Why You Need a Massage- Massage is Rejuvenating!

Definition of Rejuvenation: to restore to a former state; make fresh or new again.
At various points in life, we may feel run-down, overwhelmed, or bored from the daily routine. The day in and day out of work, chores, kid's practices, homework, pets, social commitments....I really do love my full life, but sometimes it can feel like we're running around inside the hamster wheel and never really getting anywhere. How do we keep from running around that monotonous wheel and letting our lives pass us by? How do you spice things up a little?  How do you rejuvenate yourself?
Maybe it's time to take a class and learn something new, like cooking, or a new language, or even a new job. Maybe it's time to find a new home or redecorate your current house. Maybe it's time to take yourself on a beach vacation or visit a foreign country. Or, you can do what we did...get a puppy! Puppies sure spice things up! :)
But if time and money aren't growing in your front yard, maybe you could try something a bit more simple and inexpensive. Why not rejuvenate your body and mind with an hour on a massage table? Massage isn't just relaxing and tension relieving, it's also rejuvenating. When you get a massage, your body and mind wake up. Even though the massage can feel totally relaxing, by the time you leave, you may also feel more alert, fresh  and ready to take on the day. By stimulating the brain and the body, and triggering the release of those feel good hormones, massage rids your body of distractions. A time out on the massage table helps you get in tune with feelings both physical and emotional, regenerating those sapped power reserves and giving you energy for the rest of the day, or week, or even month!
Time to do a little spring cleaning and send a reminder of a few policies....
