But how many of us really know what it is like to be the person actually doing these things?
Christine Bader knows from both her first-hand experience working in BP pushing for responsible practices and, through deep immersion in the world of corporate citizenship as research for her thought-provoking book, "The Evolution of a Corporate Idealist: When Girl Meets Oil."
We are excited to announce that Christine will bring her perspective on corporate social responsibility to the 26th Annual Symposium and will facilitate a conversation with three leaders working in different industry sectors promoting policies, actions and goals to improve the health of both planet and people. 
Joining Christine will be Bill Cobb, Vice President of Environmental Services & Sustainable Development, Freeport-McMoRan Inc., Jim Rushworth, Vice President Environment and Public Affairs Quarries, Aggregates and Concrete, Lafarge, and Sheryl Telford, Director, Corporate Remediation, DuPont Company. Each of these individuals brings a different perspective on what it means to push for change from the inside and act as a champion for environment and community.
This Plenary Panel will encourage those in similar roles to maintain the momentum and inspire others to become the idealists inside their own corporations.
