Reconcile Graduate To Speak at the White House
Ryan Dalton, Cafe Reconcile graduate and Front of the House Manager, has been chosen as one of three young people to discuss "community solutions for disconnected youth" at a White House summit on June 4th.
A National Youth Ambassador for the Youth Leadership Institute, Ryan was also featured in Mayor Landrieu's State of the City Address today. And on top of all this, Ryan has submitted his idea for The P.U.S.H. Project to the Spark Opportunity Challenge.
Ryan is competing for funds that will allow him to kick start his initiative to utilize preexisting parks to keep young people safe, occupied, and learning over the summer months. Watch his video below and then click here to vote and support his cause! Polls close Friday, so be sure to vote before then!
