Greetings! I wanted to take a moment to tell you about an exciting new program the Red Cross is offering for military members, veterans and their families.  Many service members return from deployments and successfully readjust to their lives at home.  Others experience difficulty in transitioning back to their family life, their jobs and living in their communities.  The American Red Cross, with the support of Walmart, has developed Reconnection Workshops for all military families to assist them with managing the challenges of coming home. The Central Illinois Chapter will be hosting two workshops on March 3, one on Communicating Clearly and another about Exploring Stress and Trauma.  These workshops are free and will be facilitated by Red Cross disaster mental health volunteers, Dr. Bob Wiltz and Jean Graff.  Please help us in getting the word out to the military community in our area.  Sincerely, Anne M.
