Locations: Remote cabin in the woods

Film
Company is interested in shooting a horror film in Florida in
January or February of next year, and they are trying to find a
remote cabin in the woods for their main location. It must have a
wilderness feel - think teenagers stuck in the middle of nowhere
with only a creepy cabin to keep them safe! J If there happens to
be a lake nearby that would be great too - but not necessary. It
would also be great if there was a dirt road leading up to the
cabin that they could use as well.
They
have been offered a location to use in New Hampshire, but are
pretty sure they would rather spend January/February in Florida!
The budget for the film is around $1.5 million. They were not at
all specific about the look of the cabin or the type of forest they
were hoping to find - so send any and all suggestions you
have.
