Awards, prizes, and door prizes will be awarded for the Reel Men of God 2015 Summer Points Series following weigh in on Thursday Night, August 27th at Sanders Ferry Park, Hendersonville.  Many door prizes are available, but you must be present to win.  100% entry fee payout covering the top 10 places PLUS sponsor gifts for the top 10 places should make everyone very happy!  Let's be sure we have a big turnout for these last two weeks!

We have about 20 guys signed up to attend this first time event. I have a couple of empty spots remaining for Friday and Saturday nights only.  Cost is $120 per cabin, divided amoung up to 5 guys per cabin.  Your final cost will depend on how many are in your cabin.  Gas, food, etc will all be at your own cost.  We will have a devotional time Saturday evening and probably at least one pot tournament day for anyone interested.  This will be a loosely structured event, allowing you freedom to explore as much of the lake as you like, rest as much as you like, and just have fun with your buddies.  There is a dock with power for every two cottages, so we should be able to dock our boats together.  Bring bumpers and ropes!  Thank you to Lynn Williams for finding this deal and helping arrange the event!  Contact Larry McClure 615-969-9038 immediately if you are interested in going as space is limited and all cabins are rented.

Prayer Requests

Former member and friend of Don Jarvis, TODD MULLINS is battling a tumor on the back of his tongue and is having much difficulty.  Pray for healing and comfort.

 

JD Davis' father is battling cancer.  Pray for healing..

 

Member Chuck Dean has been admitted to skilled nursing care and needs prayer.

 

Member Burt Peterson is now a resident at NHC Nursing Home in Hendersonville after multiple injuries from a dog attack.  His condition has deteriorated and visits would be welcome.  Pray for healing.

 

Larry McClure has an MRI scan on Sept. 1st to determine further courses of treatment.  Pray for good results..
