• Any petitions you might have, fully completed with documentation (i.e. medical report, scores)
• Typed Regional Championship Entry Form with non-qualifiers crossed out. This entry must also include any petitions.
• A check made out to Texas State Account for $130 per compulsory and JO athletes and $155 per JE athletes. This includes petitions. Any denied petitions will be refunded.
• A check for $50 made out to Region 3 Men for club registration.

Cash will be accepted in place of check, but you must have all of these items for your entry to be accepted.

On a side note: If you haven't already taken care of your reservation for North/South State, please do so now. The sooner we have a majority of entries in, the sooner we can create schedules.
