It's time to make good on your New Year's resolution to volunteer! On Jan. 28 and Feb. 11, Special Olympics NY will host bowling competitions at AMF Airport Lanes in Cheektowaga. In order for these events to be successful, we need a strong volunteer force behind us - so come join our athletes at one of our most popular competitions!
Volunteers will be stationed at the lanes with our athletes to ensure the competition runs smoothly. There is one time slot on Jan. 28 and two time slots on Feb. 11 - sign up for any or all!
Register your team for the second annual Buffalo Snow Bowl, a 6-on-6 flag football tournament on Saturday, April 7th at New Era Field. This is not a fantasy football game - you get an opportunity to play on a professional football field and hear the roar of your family and friends as you dive for the goal line! How? Register a team of up to 12 players and play on the field that the greats did!
This is an official 6-on-6 flag football tournament with light blocking. The four divisions are:
Pro League
Amateur League
Co-Ed League
High School League
***Teams must raise $1,000 to be a part of this event. The first 48 teams to raise the $1,000 will be guaranteed a spot to play***
