 Rich Hill 

and

Ace Adams

Lefty Rich Hill has pitched in the MLB for 11 years. Arm injuries had relegated him to a lefty setup man and landed him in the minors more than once. Last June, the Nationals released him from their AAA squad. Undeterred, Hill worked out with an American Legion team in Milton, Mass to become a starter again.  Proving himself with the L.I. Duck's in the Independent League, Boston called again and Hill mowed down the Rays, Blue Jays and the Orioles in a complete game shutout at Fenway.  It was storybook with a new beginning:  the A's signed Hill to join their starting rotation in 2016.

Ace Adams has been coaching for 40 years. Presently with the Detroit Tigers, Ace has worked with Cliff Lee, Jonathan Papelpon, Anibel Sanchez, John Lester and many more.
