On May 17, the U.S. Labor Department disclosed the details of its final revised regulations defining exemptions under the federal Fair Labor Standards Act. These changes will affect how many franchisees pay General Managers and other members of management.
The goal for this call is to help Franchisees understand the impact the FLSA will potentially have on our current store managers and assistant mangers when it comes to how many hours a week they work and if and how Overtime compensation comes in to affect.
