#justB: Real People Sharing their Stories of Hepatitis B
Please join Hep B United and StoryCenter on May 9, 2017 at 3:00 PM EDT for a "Hep B Hangout", a video chat webinar, on the Hepatitis B Foundation ’s new storytelling campaign, #justB: Real People Sharing their Stories of Hepatitis B

This May, the Hepatitis B Foundation is proud to launch #justB – the first national, multi-lingual storytelling campaign aimed at raising the profile of hepatitis B as an urgent public health priority. The campaign features real stories of everyday people from across the country who have been affected by hep B and want to share their stories to educate communities and inspire action! The goals for the campaign are to increase awareness, decrease stigma and discrimination, promote testing and linkages to care, and advocate for improved services for people living with hep B.

The Hepatitis B Foundation partnered with StoryCenter to organize two digital storytelling workshops and produce 15 short videos that will be released on May 1, 2017, coinciding with Hepatitis Awareness Month and Asian Pacific American Heritage Month.

Join us on May 9 to learn more about the #justB campaign, digital storytelling, and how you can get involved in these efforts. We will be joined by Amy Hill with StoryCenter and three participants from this year’s workshops, who will share their #justB videos and talk more about their experience of speaking out about hep B.
