Thanks for your interest in the 2015 Wyoming Bike, Walk & Trails Summit: Active Wyoming - People, Places & Prosperity.  Space is limited so please register yourself and your team today!  Good teams might include planners, engineers, elected officials, parks and rec professionals, health care leaders, tourism professionals and trails advocates.

We're inviting Wyoming community teams to present a "PechaKucha" presentation  (12 slides in 6 minutes) that tells a story about what cities and towns across Wyoming are planning and doing to support walking and biking infrastructure for health, the environment, economic vibrancy and quality life.  Save those exciting images and create a Poster to display in our Community Poster Session!

We're putting the finishing touches on the Summit agenda as we speak.  Below is a sneak peak at a couple of our session topics.
  • Active Living = Health Communities: Hear from real practitioners who will share the tools their discipline brings to the healthy living design movement.
  • New Mobility West Initiative:  Learn more about the expanding market demand and identifiable health benefits for walk, bike, & transit-friendly designs, and the need to provide policies that make this the new normal.
  • The Action Plan for an Active Wyoming: People, Places & Prosperity:  Break out session designed to propose concrete action steps to advance the principles of healthy community design to encourage biking, walking and trails efforts to support Wyoming's people, places and prosperity.

If you have any questions about the Summit please feel free to email or call Angela Emery (307) 577-1206 or Tim Young  (307) 413-8464.
