$500 CASH TEAM SPIRIT CONTEST:   We are going RETRO back to the 50's . So encourage your teammates to dress up in the theme for a chance to walk away with the team spirit trophy and $500 CASH!

  • RULE: All team members must dress in the theme to qualify
  • JUDGING: Will be conducted and winner determined by BIA LOT Committee members. 

TOURNAMENT TROPHIES: For Champion, 2nd, and 3rd place winning teams based on your team's AVERAGE SCORES FOR BOTH GAMES . Teams must finish their two games within the two hours allotted to qualify.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  Deadline to cancel previously made reservations is 5 PM, THU, FEB 6th . Any registration received after this date and registration not CANCELED by the cancellation deadline including NO SHOW registrants are NON-REFUNDABLE and will be billed per company policy. A registrant can substitute another person if they cannot attend. 

PAYMENT POLICY:  Payment must be received by event date or your registration will not be finalized and attendance will not be guaranteed.
